The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales of aluminum extruded products within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders (fabricators, architects, OEMs, and distributors), and achieve assigned sales targets. Technical aptitude and a deep understanding of the aluminum extrusion process and applications are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads across various sectors (architectural, industrial, automotive, solar, etc.) through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Technical Consultation: Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to understand customer requirements (alloys, profiles, tolerances) and propose suitable technical solutions with use of 2D CAD or 3D models.
- Negotiation & Closing: Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, finalize contracts, and oversee the order-to-delivery process.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market pricing to provide actionable insights to the management team.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using the company CRM system
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
