Job Description
Position: Academic Counsellor
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing suitable academic programs and courses. This role primarily involves tele-counselling and telesales, where the candidate will connect with prospective students, understand their requirements, explain our courses, and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Understand students’ academic needs and career goals.
- Explain suitable courses, programs, and services.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, academic counselling, or sales is preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Target-oriented and confident in lead conversion.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
