Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Meta Ads Specialist to join our real estate marketing team. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality inquiries (leads) for residential and commercial projects. You don’t need to be a veteran; we value a data-driven mindset, a basic understanding of the Meta Business Suite, and a hunger to learn the nuances of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup: Launch and manage "Lead Generation" objective campaigns using Instant Forms and WhatsApp automation.
- Audience Targeting: Implement location-based targeting (radius mapping) and interest-based segments (e.g., property investment, luxury housing, first-time homebuyers).
- Creative Oversight: Collaborate with designers to create high-performing ad creatives (Reels, Carousels, and Image Ads) that highlight property USPs.
- Ad Copywriting: Write compelling, click-worthy ad copies tailored to the real estate buyer’s journey.
- Optimization: Monitor daily performance metrics like CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and Lead Quality.
- Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly sheets tracking lead volume and sharing insights on which projects are performing best.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant certifications or internship experience are welcome).
- Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
- Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of the Meta Pixel, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences.
- Real Estate Interest: A basic understanding of real estate terms (e.g., ROI, RERA, carpet area, possession) is a big plus.
- Tools: Familiarity with Canva (for quick ad tweaks) and Google Sheets/Excel for reporting.
What Success Looks Like
- Lead Quality: Generating leads that the sales team can actually convert, rather than just high volumes of "junk" data.
- Budget Efficiency: Maintaining or lowering the Cost Per Lead (CPL) over time through A/B testing.
- Consistency: Ensuring a steady flow of inquiries to keep the sales pipeline active.

Pay: ₹225,660.35 - ₹420,000.00 per year
