Job Title: Purchase Manager – Automobile Sector
Department: Purchase / Procurement
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Source and procure automobile parts, raw materials, consumables, tools, and equipment.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery performance, and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and supply agreements with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production, stores, and planning departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Analyze market trends, material costs, and supplier performance to optimize procurement expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality concerns, delivery delays, and shortages.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost-saving analyses, and vendor performance reviews.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
