About the Role
Are you a high-energy sales professional who loves building relationships and driving business growth? We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to own a defined territory, acquire new academic institutions, and scale our impact.
This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role requiring strong relationship management, execution discipline, and sharp problem-solving skills. You will work closely with school leadership, teachers, and channel partners to drive the adoption of Wizklub’s cutting-edge programs.
What You Will Do (Scope of the Role)
- New Acquisition: Own your territory. Pitch Wizklub programs to school leadership, and deliver compelling live demonstrations of our Robotics Kits and Coding Programs.
- Retention & Upsell: Deepen relationships with existing partner schools, drive program upgrades, and maximize account value.
- On-Ground Execution: Plan and execute marketing initiatives, demos, workshops, and student activation activities.
- Channel Partner Management: Identify, develop, and manage channel partners to boost lead generation and build long-term relationships.
- Financial Discipline: Ensure timely and advance collections of payments from schools and partners per company policy.
- Operations & CRM: Handle smooth school onboarding documentation and maintain accurate, daily records in our CRM and reporting tools.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: B.Tech in Computer Science (CS) / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC) OR BCA / MCA.
- Experience: 2–8 years of proven B2B selling experience, preferably in education, edtech, or institutional sales.
- Skills: Strong communication, excellent stakeholder management, and a robust execution mindset.
- Triggers: Comfort with extensive local travel and a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
