Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, manage client expectations, and ensure successful delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, marketing, development) to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and presentations
- Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Prepare reports on account performance and campaign results
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent client handling and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing/services (preferred for agency roles)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or service-based company (Freshers also can apply)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
