Position: Sales Executive
Location: Madurai / Tamil Nadu
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Sales
Salary: Starting from ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell products and technology solutions to MSMEs (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises). The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of technology-based products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the MSME sector.
- Meet prospective clients and present company products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits to potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or technology product sales.
- Basic understanding of software, digital solutions, EdTech, SaaS, ERP, LMS, or other technology-based products.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
