Key Responsibilities
- System Installation: Assemble and mount solar modules, racking, and structural frames according to engineering designs and blueprints.
- Electrical Work: Route cables, connect inverters and batteries, and wire the array to the building’s electrical system or local utility grid.
- Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine inspections (cleaning panels, checking MPPT efficiency, managing storage) and troubleshoot system faults.
- Testing & Commissioning: Activate newly installed systems and conduct electrical continuity tests to guarantee optimal energy production.
- Safety Compliance: Follow strict local, state, and federal safety protocols, especially when working at heights or with high-voltage equipment.
- Customer Interaction: Explain system operations to clients, review maintenance needs, and provide documentation for site conditions.
Core Requirements
- Physical Fitness: The ability to lift heavy solar panels, climb ladders, and comfortably perform manual labor outdoors or on rooftops.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and basic mathematics/STEM principles.
- Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with power tools, carpentry, and building/electrical codes.
- Certifications & Education: Most employers require a high school diploma, though completion of vocational programs or certifications (like the NABCEP PV Associate Credential) is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
