Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise construction activities at site
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor project timelines and progress
- Prepare and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and reporting
- Manage materials, manpower, and resources efficiently
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / Diploma)
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in construction / real estate
- Strong knowledge of:
- Site execution
- Construction methods
- Material management
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
