Position: Picker & Packer
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance, attendance, and shift allocation)
Job Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately from the warehouse/store.
- Pack products carefully to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify item quantity and quality before packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow company safety and operational guidelines.
- Assist with inventory handling and stock arrangement when required.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Higher qualifications are also welcome).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic reading and communication skills.
- Physically fit and willing to stand and move for extended periods.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts.
