Citicon Pvt. Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation.
- Maintain general ledger and oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Monitor financial transactions and document business activity.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
- Prepare payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in [industry-specific experience, if applicable].
- Familiarity with tax laws and auditing processes.
- Knowledge of GST & TDS filing
- Good communication and time management skills
