The Krisaa AI Engineering Fellowship is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world software development by providing participants with structured mentorship and practical exposure to modern AI technologies.
This fellowship is intended for students and recent graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, and building innovative technology solutions.
About the Fellowship
The Krisaa AI Engineering Fellowship is a 12-week remote training program where selected fellows will learn modern AI engineering while working on guided, production-style software projects under the mentorship of experienced engineers.
Unlike traditional internships that may involve repetitive tasks, this fellowship focuses on structured learning, collaborative development, and practical engineering experience. Participants will gain exposure to the complete software development lifecycle—from understanding requirements to designing, developing, testing, deploying, and documenting AI-powered applications.
The program emphasizes continuous learning through mentoring sessions, code reviews, Agile practices, and collaborative project work.
Eligibility
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Have basic programming knowledge (knowledge of C# is preferred).
- Are eager to learn modern AI technologies and software engineering practices.
- Can dedicate approximately 15–20 hours per week throughout the fellowship.
- Possess good communication and teamwork skills.
- Enjoy solving technical challenges and learning new technologies.
Previous AI experience is not required.

This is a structured training fellowship designed primarily for learning, mentorship, and skill development.
This fellowship does not provide a stipend.
Selection is based on application review followed by a 30-minute online discussion.
