Role Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the Co-Founder on strategic initiatives across mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, fundraising, and business strategy. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to live transactions, financial analysis, and high-impact decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Support M&A research, due diligence, and transaction execution.
- Prepare pitch decks, investment memos, and presentation materials.
- Conduct industry, market, and company research.
- Analyse financial statements and business performance.
- Coordinate with banks, investors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Work on strategic projects within the Founder's Office.
Candidate Profile
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates pursuing or having completed CFA, FRM, MBA, or other relevant finance or management qualifications will be given preference.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
