Role Overview We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented MBA Business Development Intern to join our growth team. This role is perfect for ambitious management students who want hands-on experience in market expansion, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. You will work directly with top management and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Client Outreach: Connect with prospective leads through emails, LinkedIn, cold calling, and virtual meetings.
- Product Pitching: Present and demonstrate our product/service value propositions effectively to potential B2B or B2C clients.
- Deal Closure: Assist the senior management team in building proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitor data and customer feedback to help refine our sales and marketing strategies.
Who Can Apply?
- Currently pursuing an MBA or PGDM degree (Specialization in Marketing / Sales / International Business preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn.
- Highly driven individuals comfortable with targets and multitasking.
