Job Responsibilities:
The incumbement is responsible for overseeing the customer Experience process at the area office, ensuring that all customer handling executives meet performance standards and deliver high-quality service. This role involves strategic planning, team management, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Will drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Will be involved in:
- smooth day to day operations
- strategic planning and team handling
- handling compliance & reporting
- handling process improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirement:
- 5-10 years of experience in Customer Experience profile from Banking or NBFC.
- Location: Chennai/ Bengaluru
