The Mandate
We are not building a marketing department; we are building an elite global cultural engine. We operate two distinct, high-ticket worlds for HNIs and Ultra-HNIs:
- Ardore: The ultimate, high-octane travel and experiential playground curated exclusively for elite young millionaires.
- RAJX: A quiet, ultra-premium global consultancy managing multi-crore real estate investments, art acquisitions, and wealth assets.
We are scouting for one brilliant individual to serve as our Brand Architect & Head of Digital Disruption. You are a hands-on, high-taste, young-energy go-getter who can think entirely out of the box. You will be the sole creative director and marketing executioner responsible for making our two brands the most talked-about (and gate-kept) ecosystems in India and Dubai.
The Scope of Work
You are a master of both high-end aesthetic curation and modern attention mechanics. You will step in as a true generalist-executioner:
- Cinematic Storytelling & "Faceless" Luxury: You will design and execute highly visual, atmospheric content strategies. You understand how to use moody lighting, impeccable sound design, and textured minimalism to generate intense desire without ever screaming "sales."
- Guerrilla & Closed-Loop Marketing: You don't rely on basic Google ads. You think in terms of hidden landing pages, high-end private WhatsApp broadcasts, exclusive digital drops, and experiential teasers that trigger FOMO among young tech founders and multi-generational wealth holders.
- Cross-Border Positioning: You will fluidly scale campaigns that resonate across two distinct geographical playgrounds: the fast-paced, high-rise luxury of Dubai and the elite corporate/old-money real estate circles of Gurugram/Delhi NCR.
- Dual Brand Fluidity: You can flawlessly switch mindsets: building an electric, high-vibe summer retreat campaign for Ardore in the morning, and designing a sleek, highly sophisticated investor brief for an elite art exhibition under RAJX in the afternoon.

- An Outlier Portfolio: Your taste is flawless. You understand typography, spatial composition, high-contrast aesthetics, and world-class design trends. You laugh at generic corporate templates.
- Extreme Executioner: You have a "get things done" energy. You can frame a shot, direct a videographer, write compelling copy that reads like an elite editorial, map out a paid funnel, and build a sleek landing page yourself.

Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience disrupting traditional industries (Luxury Hospitality, Premium Fashion, Creative Agencies, Crypto/Web3 Luxury, or Premium Lifestyle Tech).
- Based out of Gurugram, with the passport and lifestyle flexibility to seamlessly transition to Dubai as our global operations expand.
- A portfolio or live social grid that proves your aesthetic taste is non-negotiable.
