Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Manage online communities and respond to audience interactions.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or SMO.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and content planning skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
