Position: Accounts & Admin Executive
Location: Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to manage the centre’s financial operations and administrative activities. The role requires a balanced combination of accounting expertise, documentation discipline, and day-to-day office coordination to ensure smooth centre operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, cash book, and petty cash transactions.
- Process vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and payment documentation.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, ledgers, and supporting financial records.
- Coordinate with the central finance team for MIS reporting and monthly financial submissions.
- Support GST, TDS, and other basic statutory compliance documentation.
- Assist in reconciliation of cash, bank, and vendor accounts.
- Ensure accurate filing and record management of all financial documents.
Administration and Operations:
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and administrative documentation.
- Manage office administration, procurement, inventory, and asset records.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance, housekeeping, and office requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance-related records at the centre level.
- Support the Centre Coordinator in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
- Ensure systematic filing, storage, and retrieval of administrative documents.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate timely replenishment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Hands-on experience with Tally or ERP-based accounting systems is preferred.
- Good communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Experience in the education, skill development, CSR, or NGO sector will be an added advantage.
