Role Mission
As a Brand & Retail Partnerships Associate, your mission is to help build ADONSt.'s network by creating strong relationships with:
- Retailers
- Dealers
- Distributors
- Brands
- Advertising Agencies
- Marketing Professionals
You will act as the face of ADONSt. in the market and play a key role in expanding our retail media network.
What You'll Be Responsible For1. Retail Partnership Development
- Identify high-potential retail locations
- Meet retailers and explain ADONSt.'s business model
- Build trust and long-term relationships
- Support retailer onboarding
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
2. Brand & Agency Outreach
- Connect with marketing managers and brand teams
- Generate advertising opportunities
- Build relationships with advertising agencies
- Support campaign discussions and presentations
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
3. Market Expansion
- Identify new opportunities in assigned territories
- Conduct market surveys
- Understand local business ecosystems
- Gather competitive intelligence
4. Relationship Management
- Ensure retailer satisfaction
- Maintain regular communication with partners
- Resolve basic operational concerns
- Build long-term goodwill
5. Business Development Support
- Generate qualified leads
- Schedule meetings and demos
- Support proposal discussions
- Help achieve company growth targets
