Urban Acres Infomediatech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in real estate branding, editorial layouts, and magazine design. The ideal candidate should possess a refined design sense, strong visual storytelling ability, and hands-on expertise in handling high-quality print and digital creatives.
Candidates with prior experience in magazine layouting, real estate marketing collaterals, and Adobe InDesign will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality creatives for real estate campaigns, branding, and marketing communication.
- Create editorial layouts, magazine spreads, reports, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
- Handle complete magazine design workflows including layouting, typography, image placement, and print-ready formatting.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production teams to ensure consistency in visual communication.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand positioning and project narratives.
- Ensure timely delivery of designs while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers/vendors when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Prior experience in real estate branding, publishing, or magazine design preferred.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of:
- Editorial layouts & typography
- Visual hierarchy & branding
- Print production standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking ability.
- Experience handling premium/luxury real estate creatives is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense.
