Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Job Description
A Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for maintaining a positive image of the hospital and building good relationships with patients, visitors, staff, and the public.
Main job responsibilities:
- Patient Relations – Welcome patients and help them with their concerns.
- Communication – Communicate clearly with patients, relatives, and hospital staff.
- Handle Complaints – Receive patient complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
- Hospital Information – Explain hospital services, departments, facilities, and procedures.
- Patient Support – Guide patients regarding appointments, admissions, discharge, billing, and other services.
- Public Relations – Maintain a good reputation and positive image of the hospital.
- Feedback Collection – Collect patient feedback and report important issues to management.
- Coordination – Coordinate between patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative departments.
- Events & Awareness Programs – Assist in organizing health camps, awareness programs, and hospital events.
- Documentation & Reports – Maintain records of complaints, feedback, enquiries, and PR activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
