About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead / Solution Architect to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to architect enterprise-grade applications while mentoring development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall technical architecture for web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise applications.
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Design microservices, APIs, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership during project estimation, planning, and execution.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Architect role.
- Strong experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications.
- Expertise in one or more technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, PHP, or React.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Enterprise Software products.
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, TOGAF, or related technologies.
- Experience with AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Generative AI solutions.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing distributed or offshore development teams.

Pay: ₹686,360.55 - ₹2,160,414.59 per year
