Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective dealers, distributors, system integrators, resellers, and corporate customers.
- Introduce the company's products and services professionally.
- Generate qualified sales leads for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing dealers.
- Follow up on quotations, product inquiries, and pending orders.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and dealership benefits.
- Schedule online or physical product demonstrations.
- Maintain daily call reports and update customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and support teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate technical questions to the concerned department.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
