- Handle end-to-end sales closing for residential/commercial properties
- Convert site visit clients into bookings
- Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and channel partners
- Negotiate pricing and finalize deals to maximize revenue
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and CRM teams for smooth closures
- Ensure proper documentation and booking formalities
- Achieve monthly revenue and closure targets
- 1+ years of experience in real estate sales/closing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of Mumbai real estate market preferred
