We are hiring Customer Support Executives for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. The role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls (Voice Process)
- Respond to emails/chats (Non-Voice Process)
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
