Job Overview We are seeking passionate, highly qualified, and articulate Math and Science Teachers to deliver online interactive sessions for international students in Grades 5 through 12.
In this role, you will teach assigned 1-on-1 or small group teaching slots scheduled during the 4:30 AM - 9:30 AM IST window.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, engaging, and personalized online lessons in Mathematics and Science to international students (Grades 5- 12).
- Teach assigned slots flexibly within the 4:30 AM to 9:30 AM IST morning shift.
- Simplify complex mathematical and scientific concepts using visual aids, digital whiteboards, and interactive tools.
- Adapt teaching methods to align with international curricula (US, UK, IB, IGCSE, Canadian, Australian, etc.).
- Evaluate student performance, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to parents and academic leaders.
- Maintain high energy, punctuality, and professionalism during early morning classes.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics, Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or Education (B.Ed/M.Ed).
- Language Proficiency: Flawless spoken and written English with neutral accent and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years of experience teaching Math/Science to Grades 5-12 (Online teaching or experience with international students is highly preferred) (Freshers are also welcome to apply).
- Technical Setup (Mandatory):
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50- 100 Mbps broadband with backup option).
- Functional laptop/desktop with HD webcam, noise-canceling headset, and digital writing pad (stylus/tablet preferred for math solving).
- Uninterrupted power backup (UPS/Inverter).
- Quiet, well-lit, professional background for teaching.
