- Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with scheduling changes, performing backups, patching, and having a solid backout plan.
- Experience with Fortigate Firewalls
- Experience with Security technologies.
- Troubleshooting experience with Aruba wireless devices or similar technolo gy
- Experience and strong understanding of Network technologies (VPN, Remote Access, Routing, SDWAN, Wireless) and protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Fortigate Firmware upgrade experience
- Cloud (AWS / Azure) experience preferred
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Must be able to create documents, spreadsheets, and detailed drawings using Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft Visio.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Equivalent work experience in IT Network Security
- Experience with Netskope Secure Remote Access solution
- Flexible to perform other duties and tasks as directed by management.
