Job Description – Business Head
Department: Business Development
Reporting To: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Drive revenue generation and achieve business targets.
- Lead sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor business performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure operational efficiency and process improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic leadership.
Skills
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
