Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Handle website content, updates, and SEO optimization.
- Plan and run online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Generate patient leads and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Create engaging content (posts, blogs, videos, creatives).
- Manage online reputation (reviews, ratings, feedback).
- Coordinate with doctors and departments for health campaigns & awareness programs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Maintain reports and present monthly performance analysis.
Qualification & Experience
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing preferred
- Experience:
- 1–3 years (Executive level)
- Experience in healthcare/hospital marketing preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager
- Basic knowledge of graphic design & content creation
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Data analysis and reporting ability
