Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications tailored to meet specific project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the software development lifecycle. The position requires overseeing the integration of various components, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and continuously refining solutions to align with evolving business needs. - Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- Strong experience in application design and software configuration within cloud-based environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API management to connect diverse systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting and lead technical discussions.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
