Job Purpose
To manage administrative and HR operations of the training center, maintain trainee and staff records, support ASDC compliance requirements, coordinate assessments, and ensure smooth day-to-day center operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Functions
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction of staff.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate staff training and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.
Administrative Functions
- Manage office administration and facility operations.
- Maintain asset registers, inventory, and procurement records.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and training schedules.
- Handle vendor management and service contracts.
ASDC / Skill Development Compliance
- Maintain trainee enrollment and batch records.
- Ensure proper documentation for ASDC/NSDC audits and inspections.
- Coordinate assessments, certifications, and placement documentation.
- Maintain attendance, biometric, and training records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and submission to management.
- Support mobilization and candidate registration activities.
- Ensure all training records are updated as per ASDC guidelines.
Qualification
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in HR & Administration.

Salary: As per qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
