Job Summary:
The Design Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and improving wind mill spare parts and related components as per customer requirements and industry standards. The role involves product design, drafting, material selection, technical documentation, and coordination with production and quality teams to ensure successful manufacturing and delivery.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop wind mill spare parts, components, fixtures, and assemblies.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
- Modify existing designs based on customer requirements and production feedback.
- Create BOM (Bill of Materials) and maintain design documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and maintenance teams for design implementation.
- Ensure designs comply with engineering standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
- Conduct design validation and support prototype development activities.
- Review manufacturing feasibility and optimize designs for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving during production.
- Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and design change records.
- Participate in continuous improvement and product development activities.
- Maintain drawing revisions and engineering records properly.
- Provide technical support during customer inspections and audits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
