Sales Executive – IT Products & Services

Nextgen IT Solutions is expanding our team and looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, customer interaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, online platforms, references, and other channels
- Contact potential customers and understand their IT requirements
- Promote and sell laptops, desktops, computer hardware, accessories, and IT services
- Follow up with leads and enquiries regularly
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team when required
- Negotiate with customers and successfully close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Identify new customers and explore new business opportunities
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and positive personality
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills
- Passion for sales and business development
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good follow-up and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, hardware, or IT services is an advantage
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
