- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
