Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Associate to join our team. The role requires a results-oriented individual who can generate new leads, convert opportunities into sales, and expand our market presence across both interior turnkey and IT AV solution verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calls, networking, and site visits.
- Present and promote Mangalam Automation’s services in Interior Design turnkey construction to prospective clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, corporate clients, interior designers, and decision-makers.
- Meet with clients on-site to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth for the company.
- Track client interactions, feedback, and sales progress through CRM tools or reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Proven sales or business development experience, ideally in construction, interiors, AV, or IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
- Strong networking skills and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
- Knowledge of Audio-Video products, interior turnkey solutions, or corporate fit-outs will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client servicing roles.
