Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and student-focused Academy Counselor to support students’ academic, career, and personal development. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, parents, and faculty to promote academic success and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Provide academic guidance and course planning support
Monitor student progress and offer intervention strategies
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions
Guide students on higher education and career pathways
Organize career guidance workshops and awareness sessions
Coordinate with parents and teachers regarding student development
Maintain confidential counseling records
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in academic/student counseling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
