- Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, website, WhatsApp, and office walk-ins.
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective leads for course counselling and admissions.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
- Manage in-person counselling for walk-in enquiries at the office.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, reminders, and feedback calls.
- Share course details, brochures, fee structure, and payment links with interested candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding, and batch allocation.
- Achieve assigned sales and admission targets.
- Command over Hindi, Marathi & English.
