Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to support site execution, quality control, and project coordination activities. The candidate will assist in supervising construction works, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, and maintaining project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily site supervision and monitoring of construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and report progress to senior engineers.
- Monitor material usage and maintain site records.
- Assist in quantity measurements and preparation of work reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the construction site.
- Support quality checks and rectify non-conforming works.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports and inspection records.
- Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
