Roles & Responsiblities:
- Develop and maintain parametric product libraries in Coohom/Kujiale.
- Create configurable cabinets, wardrobes, kitchens, and modular furniture using rule-based parameters.
- Configure product variants, materials, hardware, accessories, and intelligent design rules.
- Develop and validate BOM generation, machining rules, drilling logic, and production outputs.
- Ensure Coohom/Kujiale libraries are fully compatible with IMOS production workflows.
- Configure and optimize design data transfer from Coohom/Kujiale to IMOS.
- Develop and validate manufacturing rules, machining data, and CNC production outputs in IMOS.
- Ensure library accuracy throughout the complete Design-to-Manufacturing workflow.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Design, Manufacturing, and IT teams.
- Troubleshoot library, production, and data transfer issues.
- Support ERP/MES integration and manufacturing automation where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Furniture Design, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Coohom/Kujiale Parametric Library Development.
- Working knowledge of IMOS production software, including manufacturing data generation and production workflows.
- Strong understanding of modular furniture construction and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in intelligent cabinet configuration and production logic.
