Role Description The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and supporting day-to-day marketing activities that promote PP International School’s brand, programs, and events. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role involves conducting market research to understand parent and student needs, tracking competitor activities, and identifying opportunities to enhance enrollment and community engagement. The Marketing Specialist will create and manage marketing materials, support school events and outreach initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current families. Regular reporting on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement will also be part of the daily responsibilities.

- Candidates should possess proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic content creation or copywriting.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in education or service-oriented sectors is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site school environment and demonstrate a student-centered, ethical approach to marketing.
Pay: ₹11,232.74 - ₹43,038.43 per month
