Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all online channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Oversee content marketing strategy and calendar
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Proven working experience (5+yrs experience) in digital marketing
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or similar
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Experience managing budgets and forecasting
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
