Key Responsibilities Sales & Conversion: Make outbound calls to prospects, handle objections, and close sales. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM. Team Mentorship: Guide junior callers on pitch delivery and handling difficult customer queries. Retention: Follow up with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
