We are looking for an experienced SAP Convergent Mediation Developer with strong expertise in usage data processing, event mediation, transformation, and high-volume billing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) pipelines and processing flows.
- Develop data transformation, event enrichment, routing, filtering, aggregation, and normalization logic.
- Process and validate high-volume usage and event data for downstream charging and billing.
- Develop integrations with SAP CC, CI, FI-CA, S/4HANA, CRM, and external systems.
- Support APIs, middleware, file-based interfaces, and real-time event processing.
- Optimize mediation performance, scalability, and transaction throughput.
- Develop automation/scripts and support Linux/Unix-based operational activities.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, production support, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with BRIM architects, integration teams, BASIS, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of core SAP experience.
- Strong experience with SAP Convergent Mediation (CM).
- Strong understanding of event processing, usage-based billing, mediation, and charging concepts.
- Experience with SAP BRIM (CC, CI, FI-CA).
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, SQL, Linux/Unix scripting, and performance tuning.
- Experience working with high-volume enterprise billing environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an 80% Functional / 20% Technical role.
