About the Role: We are looking for an experienced AIF Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operational activities of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). In this role, you will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all fund operations. You will act as a central hub, collaborating with internal teams (Investment, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Sales) and external partners (fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and trustees).

What You Will Do:
- Fund Accounting & Operations: Manage day-to-day operations for Category II/III AIF schemes. Oversee NAV calculations, monitor capital calls/drawdowns, manage fund expenses, and perform daily reconciliations (bank, securities, portfolio).
- Investor Operations: Handle investor onboarding, KYC/AML documentation, and maintain accurate capital account statements. Serve as the primary point of contact for investor and distributor queries.
- Compliance & Regulatory Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to SEBI AIF Regulations. Prepare and submit regulatory reports, track compliance changes, and maintain records for audits.
- Trade & Settlement: Coordinate with brokers and custodians to ensure smooth trade settlements, resolve operational exceptions, and monitor corporate actions.
- Audit & Taxation: Coordinate internal and statutory audits. Work closely with tax advisors to manage TDS, GST, and income tax requirements at the fund level.
- Process Improvement: Prepare operational MIS reports, monitor maker-checker controls, identify risks, and drive process automation to improve efficiency.
Who You Are (Requirements):
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is strictly mandatory. (Master's degree preferred in addition to CA).
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of post-CA experience specifically in AIF, Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, Asset Management, PMS, or Private Equity.
- Core Expertise: Hands-on experience preparing end-to-end financial statements independently, SEBI reporting for CAT III AIF, and managing book closures.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of NAV, capital calls, distributions, and reconciliations. Advanced MS Excel skills are required; experience with fund accounting/ERP systems (like Wealth Spectrum) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
