Position Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Director

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Personal Support
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate personal and professional commitments, ensuring effective time management.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Administrative Coordination
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and other business documents.
- Track action items and follow up with departments to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
- Coordinate board meetings, management reviews, and executive meetings.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with senior management, clients, consultants, vendors, and business associates.
- Draft professional correspondence, emails, letters, and reports.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Office & Event Management
- Organize business events, conferences, and executive visits.
- Coordinate hospitality arrangements for guests and visitors.
- Assist in organizing personal and family-related engagements of the Director as required.
MIS & Reporting
- Maintain trackers for meetings, travel, expenses, and key business commitments.
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards as required by the Director.
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for critical deadlines and commitments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
