- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with enterprise standards
- Lead development across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture
- Drive platform enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives
- Provide advanced scripting expertise (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, etc.)
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security, and governance standards
- Support incident resolution and production stability across the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutions
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform governance and standards
What you'll bring
- Minimum 10+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- ServiceNow Development & Administration
- ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Service Catalog & Workflows
- Integration Hub / APIs
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
- Experience with:
- CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
- Flow Designer / Automation
- Integration technologies (REST, SOAP)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Implementation Specialist
- Experience with GenAI / AI integrations on ServiceNow
- Experience with enterprise-wide platform governance
- Exposure to multi-domain or domain separation environments
