- Travel to regional areas, local communities, and industry events to find active and passive job seekers.
- Meet and collaborate with local hiring managers to understand staffing needs and target criteria.
- Post job ads on local boards, social platforms, and community networks.
- Screen resumes, perform initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Collect identity proofs, certificates, and compliance paperwork from short-listed applicants.
- Help new employees finish joining formalities and coordinate first-day onboarding
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
