Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Manager to oversee and optimize our sales operations. The role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage the sales team, set clear goals, analyze performance, and foster long-term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Team Coordination and Reporting:
● Coordinate with the sales team to align on daily goals and strategies.
● Oversee and ensure timely daily reporting of sales activities and progress.
● Sales Targeting and Analysis:
● Set and monitor sales targets for team members.
● Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance and implement necessary improvements.
● Recruitment and Training:
● Recruit high-performing and energetic sales professionals.
● Provide continuous training and skill development to enhance team productivity.
● Customer-Centric Strategies:
● Develop customer-focused strategies aligned with company objectives.
● Build personal rapport with top-10 customers through regular quarterly visits.
● Sales Forecasting and Problem-Solving:
● Prepare detailed sales forecasts and develop plans to meet or exceed them.
● Address and resolve issues impacting sales performance effectively.
● Inactive Product Management:
● Identify inactive products and create strategies for their quick sale and monitoring.
● Budget Management:
● Manage the sales budget effectively to ensure optimal use of resources and profitability.
Key Skills and Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales leadership roles.

-Ability to motivate and lead a diverse sales team.
-Proficiency in preparing detailed sales forecasts and performance reports.
Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any stream.
Min - 5 years of experience in leadership role.
In total 7 years + roles in sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,567.06 - ₹40,003.84 per month
