Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Assistant Pastry and Bakery Chef based in our new kitchen in Noida. The role involves hands on expertise in production, baking and preparing a large volume of various baked goods, desserts, and other specialty items on a daily basis. You will ensure high standards of product quality, maintain hygiene protocols, own kitchen operations, and contribute creative ideas for new offerings. Collaboration with the founding team to deliver exceptional products at scale is a critical aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial bakery kitchens with a high proficiency and hands-on experience in basic bakery production (mixing, dough handling, laminating, pastry prep, baking, elements prep and final packaging) for dispatch at scale
- Strong creativity skills for developing innovative dessert recipes, while executing existing recipes
- Knowledge and adherence to hygiene & safety protocols in a kitchen environment, while leading kitchen operations
- Passion for baking and willingness to adapt and learn new techniques and recipes, while having the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen
- Experience with inventory management and be up to date on ingredient replenishment and general stock
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
