Objective of the role:
We are seeking a skilled & dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and consistency.
Location: Mira- Bhayandar. Only Mumbai Candidates are preferred.
Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standardized recipes and hotel quality standards.
Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen section independently.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation.
Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors of stock requirements.
Minimize food wastage through proper planning and storage practices
Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
Train junior kitchen staff on recipes, food preparation techniques, and safety procedures.
Ensure timely preparation of food during breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and special events.
Support menu development by providing creative ideas and suggestions.
Handle guest dietary requirements and special requests with care.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen and service teams to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & skills:
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel, resort, luxury property, or fine-dining restaurant.
Experience in Indian, Continental, Oriental, or other specialized cuisines is preferred.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Creativity and passion for food presentation.
Pay: ₹12,007.54 - ₹40,000.00 per month
